Innovato Solutions is a good and relaxed place to work, as long as all of the work gets done to a high standard, the lab management is very laid back, which is great, i believe this is the best kind of working environment.

I did feel quite valued during my time at the company. Though I was still learning there, I felt like I did make a contribution to the work they did and I felt like they valued my comments as well. This was very nice to know and made me more committed to working there.
